Hotel in Strandnähe und gute Anbindung an I-95.
Nach Problemen mit meiner Buchung in der Nachbarstadt wurde mir dieses Hotel gebucht war nur 2km entfernt und gut.Die Strände und Städte konnte ich von dort sehr gut erreichen.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, nachdem meine Frau das Zimmer gründlich selber putzte. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und sollte gründlich renoviert werden. Der Preis war im Verhältnis zu andern Hotels in der Umgebung sehr gut, aber zu teuer für die beanstandeten Mängel.

The worst hotel ever, I know is the cheapest one around the area, but anyways should be maintaining certain standards…The hallway smells like cigarettes all the way, my 1yo daughter found dirty Q tips at the room floor, the sofa bed was against every existing cleaning concept and the pool was nasty, green full of mold…for last but not least someone threw up in the middle of the hallway and no one clean it! Thank God we went for 1 night only…Do you a favor, spend a little bit more in other place for God sake.

A mí llegada a las 11 pm tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel donde quedarnos mi familia y yo. La habitación sucia y con un terrible olor un asco definitivamente un lugar no recomendado muy mal experiencia espero recibir el reembolso total de mi reserva. El desayuno lo sirven según me dijeron en recepción en el mismo lobby un lugar q apenas caben 6 personas 😡😡😡

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Very dated, 1 person running the operations. Facilities are old, smells old and weird. No sheets available for sofa cama. No extra pillows, phone to call front desk doesn’t work. Elevator is soaked in water who knows why. Front desk person super rude, and room night was $213. Super strange as next door there is a nice hotel by Marriott

This was our best option for last minute travel and on a budget. After purchasing brunch items, our stove was not working. Staff were quick and efficient in rectifying the problem. I'll definitely recomed Extended Stay Am Suites. Excellent staff, very clean and budget friendly

I was happy it was pet friendly, but it was dirty, found half smoked cigar in drawer, kitchen filthy and dirty towels in bathroom. People made this bad not pets. It smelled like people had smoked in hallways and in the room.

Room rug was filthy and smelled of urine. Moved the bed to pick something I dropped and there was trash under the bed. Pet owners don't clean after their dogs and the surrounding areas were full of poop. The staff was courteous but never at the front desk.

Zachary, the evening clerk was the only positive thing I can say about this stay. He was extremely helpful, when I couldn't breathe in the first room because the air quality was so bad. The second room was much better. However, I was so happy I noticed the snot and mucus on the table before putting anything on it.

While front desk was really nice all around, the cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. Beds and linens were clean which is the most important to me. I stayed for 5 days and paid in advance so cancellation and refund was not an option since I booked through Expedia. Price for West Palm Beach was the best compared to other areas and places, however still over priced in my opinion. I did have to purchase my own Lysol wipes and Fabreeze freshener because the room smelled muggy and moldy. The air conditioners definitely need some cleaning. After I freshened up my own room I was more comfortable. Cooking stove and refrigerator worked as it should. The cleaning staff can definitely do much much better in cleaning because they do the bare minimum. I did find a few live roaches, but we are in florida. The only place i saw them was in the bathroom at night time. I just kept the light on the whole night and I stopped seeing them 😖. Everything overall needs updated and attention.

What was good. The room got nice and cold and the beds were comfortable. What was not great. Their idea of breakfast included is dry prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal...thats it. I get there is a kitchen but wow. All the kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. you have to ask for. So if you needed a cup all of a sudden, forget it. We used the pull out couch...good thing we brought blankets because all they could supply us with was sheets. Not to mention the hallway smelled like pot. Won't stay there again.
