2 rooms/1king bed/1 sofa bed/kitchenette/pool

Our place is located in a jungle setting away from it all but the village of Royal Palm Beach with stores, restaurants and amenities is only five minutes drive away. Downtown West Palm Beach and its endless beaches 25 minutes.

Details, warnings and rules:
-Apartment is attached to our residence but has its own entrance and no open connection.
-Access is a dirt road with no street lights but lights come on as you enter the property. Walkway is grass/crazy paving which may turn swampy in summer rains.
-Gate says beware of dog but there is no dog.
-South Florida climate will invite insects in if you leave doors/windows open and crumbs on the floor. Insecticide under bathroom sink.
-House runs on well water.
-We have our own septic system and a ‘macerating’ toilet which makes a churning motor noise when you flush. No wipes, paper towels, pads, feminine products, diapers, etc. down our toilet, please!!!
-No pot smoking on the premises.
-No guns in the house.
-Pool is shared with us. Pool safety is your own responsibility!
