• Bedroom 2 – King bed, smart TV
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with lake views
• Bedroom 4 – Full bed with lake views
Portable crib and queen air mattress available upon request

• Hall bath with tub/shower combo
• En suite bath with walk-in shower (no tub)

Living & Dining:
• Open living area with smart TV, fast WiFi, and dedicated workspace
• Extra table for dining or card games, toy chest, board games and card games for all ages
• Galley kitchen stocked with essentials, including Keurig K-Supreme Plus, tea kettle, & a traditional drip coffee maker
• Washer & dryer in laundry/mud room with drying rack, iron & ironing board, and detergent provided. Bag chairs and cooler bag are located in mud room.

Guest Access & Safety:
Please note: The Perch is an elevated home and requires guests to climb stairs to enter and exit. Children and guests needing assistance must be supervised at all times outdoors. The property is directly on the lake and not fenced.
