„Very clean and modern townhouse. Bedroom is upstairs and living area down. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom was very nice and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and warm. Our only issue was the parking; it was mentioned in the initial description that you had to park on the street but this was not prominent in the description. „Cozy, clean, very recently built 2-level home with a lovely private back garden, backing onto a large green park. Everything was just as described, and the host was very responsive. Check-in was very easy. The neighbourhood is inner suburban, well suited for someone with a car. The University of Canterbury is 1/2 hour walk or 7 minutes drive away. Downtown Christchurch is 15 minutes by car. We would readily return to this home if we visited the Uni again. “

The only things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been an assigned car park inside the complex (but I was lucky to find parking on the street). And the WiFi signal could have been better. I would definitely go back there!“
