„This unit was great for our family, and far and away its best feature is its incredible, expansive view of the ocean. It is as good in real-life as in the photo--you don't see any other buildings or people, just a huge expansive view of the ocean and the offshore islands. It is gorgeous. „This was the perfect place to stay. Great views from the 6th floor, so much whale watching and turtle watching from the balcony. Beautiful starry skies at night and sunset views were breathtaking. So close to great food options and this building felt much less touristy and busy than others nearby. A great relaxing place with wonderfully thought out tools and accessories in the room! „We absolutely loved this unit. After a 6 hour flight and several more hours waiting for bags, getting groceries and driving from the airport, we couldn’t have asked for a better condo. Traveling with a 7 month old and 10 year old is not always easy and as soon as we opened the door we felt right at home. „Great unit and location. As others stated the unit is dated but it was very clean and has everything you need as well as extras like beach equipment, chairs, a cooler and lots of kitchen essentials. Walking distance to ABC, a grocery store and food trucks. The view was outstanding and the pools and grounds were beautiful. Would definitely book this unit again. “

„Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend.“

„We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! „Great property over all! Only a few issues we had, the shower water only works at certain points and you must turn it a few times before it will come out hot. There’s lots of dead spots. The AC kicks in really hard during the day and then during the night shuts off so you wake up really hot. Over all tho we would stay again. The pools are great and you can walk to the beach. The room it’s self met our needs so we were happy “
