This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front.“

„Had plenty of room and close to where we needed to be. It was clean and easy to check in and out. Ample street parking. I would definitely use this place again if I’m back in the area.“

„We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting ...

„Here for our Daughter’s wedding and despite having limited sightseeing time we had a blast!! The house was very nice with a great view of the water and easy walking distance to downtown Cold Spring Harbor. Downtown Huntington was about a 5 minute drive away with plenty more action including microbreweries and restaurants. Our hosts were fantastic and we hope to get up there again soon.“
