Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. “

„Once inside, the property is very nice. But FINDING it is impossible without careful assistance from the owner. The street address given by VRBO does not exist. The property access is off a run down alley BEHIND where the street address would be. No navigation system in the world could find this place. You have to carefully go down the parallel alley and look for the property. The owner emailed me pictures of the property from the alley which was the ONLY way to actually find it.“

„An absolutely wonderful flat where we felt quite at home. It was tastefully decorated with all high quality furniture and electro equipment. We were provided with everything we needed - there was absolutely nothing missing. It was so relaxing sitting in the window seats just looking out over the bay. And with so many restaurants and bars within walking distance we couldn't have asked for anything better. We'll definitely book here again for our next visit to Mumbles.“

The agency handling the property were very professional and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The only issue we had concerned visitor parking. A relative came for a visit and parked in the designated vistor parking slot. When she returned to her car she found a parking ticket stating a visitor parking permit was not displayed. „Culver House is in such a perfect position for a few days away or even a week in the warmth. The apartments have all you need and were clean with fluffy towels. The wonderful part, you are just a few steps away from the dunes and beach and only a few steps away from the local pub. The owners are warm and welcoming. Just what we needed after being cooped up for so long!“
