„I stayed over Mother’s Day weekend as a treat to myself. The resort is family oriented with pool/hot tub (quite small), basketball courts, mini golf, spa and restaurant on site. The alpine slide is across the street and the main part of town is close enough to town to walk if you don’t want to worry about paying for parking. Stay away!
"Place looks OK from the outside. However, the rooms obviously haven’t been renovated since the hotel was built in 1983! Rooms, however, carpet, walls and bathroom in particular were disgusting! Rooms in building 1 are right on the highway. Bring earplugs if you want some sleep. Breakfast was the most disgusting and cheap selection I have ever seen. Leavenworth is unreasonably expensive. My advice: skip it! If you have to go stay away from tacky Ritterhof!"
