The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. „We actually didn’t end up staying in the apartment. It was too far from London. The description said close to central London and that’s not true. The description also never said we’d share a building / entrance with another apartment. It was a very odd setup. The photos also were much better than how the apartment looked inside.“
