„Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud.“

"We stayed at this hotel for six nights and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. We booked and paid through Expedia, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The rooms were comfortable and in good condition. They were clean and well maintained, and considering local standards in Sri Lanka, the level of cleanliness was absolutely fine. Some minor renovation or refreshing could make the rooms even better, but this did not affect our stay in any negative way. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choices, and we always found something we really enjoyed. What made our stay truly pleasant was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly, from the restaurant team during breakfast and dinner to the room attendants and the staff at the pool towel desk. We always felt welcome and well taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Das Highlight des Hotels war das Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Aber für den Preis gab’s es zu wenig Auswahl. Der Pool und die Lage direkt am Meer sind ein Traum. Es waren alle sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen, es wurde auch ein Meet-Greet veranstaltet. Essen und Trinken ist relativ teuer, da noch 10% Service Charge und 31% Steuern hinzugefügt werden. Für ein 5-Sterne hatten die Handtücher leider immer wieder Flecken. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht und wir hatten des Öfteren nur sehr geringen Wasserdruck im Bad. Das Garden Loft ist für den Preis leider etwas klein. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel aber weiter empfehlen, da es auch Bemühungen mit neuen Projekten gibt, das Hotel für die Gäste interessanter zu gestalten (Wine Bistro, Outdoor-Gym)."
