Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We stayed at this hotel for six nights and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. We booked and paid through Expedia, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture after a long journey.
The rooms were comfortable and in good condition. They were clean and well maintained, and considering local standards in Sri Lanka, the level of cleanliness was absolutely fine. Some minor renovation or refreshing could make the rooms even better, but this did not affect our stay in any negative way.
The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choices, and we always found something we really enjoyed.
What made our stay truly pleasant was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly, from the restaurant team during breakfast and dinner to the room attendants and the staff at the pool towel desk. We always felt welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!
