„The Haven is simply outstanding. A beautifully presented place with lovely landscaping and gardens alongside a perfectly put together accommodation. Great fresh breakfast provisions, lots of cutlery, crockery alongside coffee maker, toaster and kettle were all fantastic. The bedding and linen are of great quality and the decor is very tasteful. The shower works a treat too. This is one of the very best of its type anywhere. We would definitely stay again in the future. “

„We were lunching next door at Tedesca Osteria and knew we wouldn't want to drive anywhere after lunch. Stony Creek Cottages are literally next door to the restaurant - a 1 minute walk. Louise could not have been more helpful or accommodating, ringing in advance to ask about our breakfast requirements, coming round to turn on the heating and showing us around to cottage. „Unsere Erwartung war doch luxoriöser und dem recht hohen Preis entsprechend gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Gebäude auch sehr schön. Trotzdem konnte das Hotel nicht ganz überzeugen, es nicht sauber genug war und das vollmundige Versprechen eines besonderes Früthstücks nicht eingehalten wurde. Das Frühstück war "guter" Standard. Wir hätten mehr Vielfalt erwartet, tägliche Abwechslung und auf einem Weingut auch ein Gläschen Sekt. Preis / Leistung haben insofern nicht gepasst.“

„Location was secluded with a spectacular vineyard view, so we tended to see past the stained carpet, and other smaller defects. The wines generally weren't anything memorable, but the pinot menier "Fun Cousin" was fantastic! Didn't eat at the restaurant. Oh, and did I mention that the view over the vines was spectacular?!“
