„Unsere Erwartung war doch luxoriöser und dem recht hohen Preis entsprechend gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Gebäude auch sehr schön. Trotzdem konnte das Hotel nicht ganz überzeugen, es nicht sauber genug war und das vollmundige Versprechen eines besonderes Früthstücks nicht eingehalten wurde. Das Frühstück war "guter" Standard. Wir hätten mehr Vielfalt erwartet, tägliche Abwechslung und auf einem Weingut auch ein Gläschen Sekt. Preis / Leistung haben insofern nicht gepasst.“

„We had a wonderful time over Easter with the whole family. The only issue was one day loss of mains water which was completely outside the control of the property manager. Both she and the plumber were responsive and helpful but the mains water provider was pretty slow. It's a great property for a big multi- generational family!“

A very roomy cottage, set in large grounds, a large welcoming jar of home-made shortbread together with some delicious bread and home-made jam were ready on the bench and the wood burner was set ready to light with a stack of extra wood outside the door. Fiona and Peter are the best hosts ever and we recommend this cottage very highly.“
