Its large bay windows showcase sweeping views of Seneca Lake, while the thoughtful design provides comfort for family gatherings, wine trail adventures, or a relaxing escape. The huge deck overlooks the lake - with outdoor furniture and dining for 10. Property has 300 feet of lakefront, shale/stone beach, private dock.
New owners have added many upgrades - hot tub on the deck; kayaks and a canoe; added full bath downstairs; 'smart TV's' in all the bedrooms, living room, and downstairs den; 12" memory foam mattresses on all beds' EV charger for electric vehicles; new stove; microwave; dishwasher; downstairs refrigerator in rec room; office work space; outdoor games; indoor games; and more!

Step inside the main level and you’re greeted by a formal dining room with a polished dining set, perfect for shared meals.
The kitchen adjoins the dining area, offering plenty of counter space and a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the lake. The well-stocked kitchen has all the necessities, cookware, and appliances for preparing a Thanksgiving meal for 10! New stove, microwave, and dishwasher upgrades make this a very usable kitchen for all your meals.
A spacious living room and an adjacent library room create multiple spaces to relax, each framed by picture-perfect water views. The first-floor bedroom features a queen bed, serene lake scenery, and a private bath complete with Jacuzzi tub/shower, vanity, and commode.
A graceful spiral staircase leads to the second floor. Here you’ll find a large bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony where you can sip coffee while the sun rises over Seneca Lake. Across the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub combo, while another bedroom offers a double bed and closet space. All bedrooms in the home feature have 'Smart TV's.
From the dining room, a separate staircase leads down to the finished lower level. This space includes a semi-private living area/den with a queen sleeper sofa, Perfect for kids or extra guests. There's a req room with Roku smart TV, air hockey game, cornhole, and more - plus a full bath and a convenient counter/cabinet area, with refrigerator and sink - to make it easy to stage your outdoor dining on the deck.
The walkout level opens to a spacious balcony/deck stretching 70 feet—an ideal spot for outdoor dining, entertaining, enjoying the private covered hot tub, grilling food or simply soaking in the views and sipping wine. Plenty of outdoor seating for up to 10, including an outdoor dining table. Gas grill and propane provided. The property boasts over 300 feet of mostly level lakefront with a gradual natural entry, along with a permanent dock for swimming, sunbathing, or casting a fishing line, launching the provided kayaks or docking your boat or jet skis.
Just minutes from Watkins Glen, you’ll enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the charm of the Finger Lakes. A slow-moving freight train passes below the property once a day, adding a touch of local character to your stay.
Guests have access to a 2-car garage. The garage also includes an EV Charger for your electric or hybrid vehicle. Tesla owners need to have their adaptor.
Occupancy: This property is monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises for overnight stays. Watkins Glen caps the number at 10. No parties are permitted. Note: 1. Smoking is not allowed in the rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes or Marijuana. 2. Home is not handicap accessible. 3. NO pets allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. 4. If you bring watercraft, docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. Boat launch is available in nearby Watkins Glen. 5. Outdoor amenities, including canoes, kayaks, and outdoor furniture are not available between 15-October thru 15-April. 5. Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging is available at no cost to guests. 6. All TVs in the house are 'smart TV's - with free Roku channels or 'bring your own' streaming service from home. 7. Free Wi-Fi, work area with desk, multi plug AC outlet and multi plug USB hub 8. 3rd full bathroom will be completed and ready for Spring 2026 9. A 2-car garage is available for parking! Plus 2-car street parking.
