Spread out and relax in your multilevel Waterville Valley getaway. The three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms provide you and your guests the privacy and amenities to get comfortable. Conveniently located minutes away from Waterville Valley Resort. Five minutes by car or catch a ride on the Valley shuttle stop, steps from the front door. A short walk to Waterville Valley's Town Square where multiple restaurants and JugTown Country store can meet your dining needs. Waterville Valley's Adventure Center offers access to various seasonal activities such as Cross Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing and Fat Bike. Great location

Property was minutes away from ski mountain, which was very convenient. Overall place was very clean. Host was very responsive and left detailed instructions which made the stay seamless. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Waterville Valley!

From corresponding with the friendly owners to staying in their lovely condo, my children and I had a wonderful time in Waterville Valley! Rachel and Jeff were stellar communicators and offer an exceptional place that is clean, beautiful and easily liveable with children. Layout

The two master suite bedrooms with bathroom were good size. Unfortunately the floor AC units were noisy. The bunk bedroom was great for the grandchildren. The kitchen was a good size. The only problem was some of the dishes, glasses and silverware was not 100% clean. The liner in some of the shelves was also tacky. House keeping needs to do a better job there.

Waterville Balley

Great condo close to everything. 3 couples traveled for a tennis event. Place was perfect. The host was readily accessible by text and replied within minutes. She was extraordinarily flexible with us as we had a late match and gave us 3 extra hours to check out. Would highly recommend this spot and hope to return again next year.

Did not work for us

Unfortunately, this stay did not go as hoped. The non-airconditioned rooms were uncomfortably hot and smelled musty. There were small flies in the bedrooms and so many in the main floor bathrooms, that we had to wash out the tub and shower on the main floor before they could be used. The driveway has been dug up to be redone, but that should be a temporary issue. The stairs to the main floor are narrow- not suitable for elderly people. My parents and I left after 1 night. On a positive note, Rachel was very responsive by messaging, and provided a refund for the balance of our stay promptly.

Beautiful Week in the Mountains!

This condo was perfect for our family’s week vacation in Waterville. Rachel and Jeff were flexible, welcoming and have a fully equipped condo for any of your needs. Each bedroom was spacious and the air conditioners were perfect for cooling us down during our humid week. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Couldn’t have been better!!

Out of all the condos we’ve stayed at in Waterville, this has been the best one yet!! It is very clean, well kept, and only an 8 minute walk to town. Rachel and Jeff made themselves available at all times if we needed to contact them, which is always a relief when staying somewhere new. We look forward to future stays here!!

Great place for a family

Wonderful home for a family get away. The condo is organized so that mom, dad and kids could stay on one level and grandma and grandpa had a separate level with their own bedroom and bath.

Perfect Property!

The location was convenient - was walking distance to Town Square and the athletic center. The condo was clean, fresh, well-equipped and uncluttered. The bedrooms and baths had linens for a crowd. There were lots of windows and a vaulted ceiling in the living room-great natural light. The living room had comfortable seating for lounging and movie watching. The owners responded quickly to our questions - we would rent again from Rachel and Jeff.

Perfect Waterville Valley spot

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. It’s in a prime location, literally around the corner from the mountain. Getting in and out of the condo was super easy. And the place was cozy and clean — it doesn’t feel like some of the stark Waterville Valley condos we’ve stayed at in the past. We will definitely book this property again!
