My room was near something that I couldn’t really identify but what causes a very annoying noise so I had to sleep with ear plugs. Not a very comfortable situation! The bed was very comfortable though.

"The location of the hotel was quite good. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. The room itself was a bit small, but it had a large balcony. The bathroom was also spacious.
Unfortunately, housekeeping was not very attentive. The trash bins were not emptied, toilet paper was not restocked, only half of the towels were replaced, the balcony door was left open, and a wet used towel from the previous guest was still in the bathroom when we arrived.
The gym was very disappointing. It was extremely small and the equipment was very old, with some machines not working at all.
Overall, the stay had some nice aspects, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in housekeeping."

"The apartment itself was great, plenty of space and an amazing view. It was clean and provided all the amenities you need. However, we experienced a not well working WiFi, which was unexpected for such a apartment and in a big city (it was a point for us as we needed to get some work done). In addition the aircon was not working well and it was with 18 degrees way too cold especially when there with a toddler. Also, you should currently consider to book or at least check where your room is located (if river view) you will have a 24/7 construction site directly in front which you can year all night (not ideal for people who really care about her sleep quality). It was a bit sad that this was not even mentioned. On the other side, for all our inquiries regarding heating & WiFi, the staff was super friendly and helpful (even if they were not able to sort it out for our stay). I would book this apartment again as it is located perfectly for exploring the city, but checking on all these before. "

The colourful and lively design of the entire place is very enchanting. It's a lot of fun to walk through. The music played in the corridors complements the feel-good atmosphere.

I was very surprised, how comfortable it is to sleep in a pod. Very wonderful experience! I always felt very safe and had my privacy, when needed.
