„We stayed at this property July 10-18 this hotel was very quiet not anything going on. Just relax swim, gym or a peace of mind. The breakfast was included with our stay. Not sure if that’s for everyone. It was very close to the mall. We literally walked there every day. They kept running out of ice. It was pretty far from a lot of activities. „The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation.
Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close.

Das Hotel selbst hat eine wirklich schöne Anlage und einige nette Restaurants, die für Abwechslung sorgen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig – hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Es war kein großer Mangel, aber doch auffällig.
Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Lage: Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig, aber für Unternehmungen in Phuket liegt das Hotel recht abgeschieden, sodass man längere Fahrten einplanen muss.

"Our fourth stay at Angsana was rather disappointing. On arrival the toilets in the foyer were dirty and there was too much commotion from loud wedding guests. The check in process was very short and impersonal, different than what we were used to. Overall the room was fine and big enough. But housekeeping sometimes only took place late in the afternoon. The breakfast selection used to be better, for example there was no Nutella anymore. The worst experience was on the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers and the construction noise from the Xana was extremely annoying. The price for 2 espressos at the beach bar (10 euros) was an outrage and in no way justified. Many new, ugly buildings are being built in the area around the hotel, with a corresponding amount of construction noise. The Laguna Area has lost its once-unique charm forever. Some of the staff seemed unmotivated and not very friendly, especially compared to the neighboring hotels Dusit and Saii. We had the impression that the event guests were given priority. For example, the beach was therefore not fully usable for normal guests. The hotel is now more of an event location than an oasis of relaxation which is very unfortunate. The Angsana still has a unique location. We don't rule out returning, but under different conditions (no construction noise, facilities renovated accordingly, etc.)"
