"Unser Aufenthalt im Sai Laguna Beach war insgesamt hervorragend – ein wirklich luxuriöser Urlaub! 🌴 Das Hotel ist super, alles war tiptop gepflegt und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, der Strand einfach traumhaft und das Pool wunderschön – perfekt zum Entspannen. 🏖️ Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Unser Zimmer (Nr. 150) war etwas klein, und direkt gegenüber befand sich der Mitarbeiterraum. Dort war es teilweise etwas laut, was die Ruhe etwas gestört hat. Abgesehen davon war alles wirklich top – wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und sagen vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! 🙏✨"

"Our fourth stay at Angsana was rather disappointing. On arrival the toilets in the foyer were dirty and there was too much commotion from loud wedding guests. The check in process was very short and impersonal, different than what we were used to. Overall the room was fine and big enough. But housekeeping sometimes only took place late in the afternoon. The breakfast selection used to be better, for example there was no Nutella anymore. The worst experience was on the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers and the construction noise from the Xana was extremely annoying. The price for 2 espressos at the beach bar (10 euros) was an outrage and in no way justified. Many new, ugly buildings are being built in the area around the hotel, with a corresponding amount of construction noise. The Laguna Area has lost its once-unique charm forever. Some of the staff seemed unmotivated and not very friendly, especially compared to the neighboring hotels Dusit and Saii. We had the impression that the event guests were given priority. For example, the beach was therefore not fully usable for normal guests. The hotel is now more of an event location than an oasis of relaxation which is very unfortunate. The Angsana still has a unique location. We don't rule out returning, but under different conditions (no construction noise, facilities renovated accordingly, etc.)"
