THE SPACE
The apartment was completely renovated and is designed for both short DC visits and longer stays.

Living room: Comfortable seating, 50" TV, dining table for four and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Bedroom: Private bedroom with queen bed, quality linens and storage.

Kitchen: Full-size kitchen with four-burner range, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes and essentials for preparing meals.

Work: Dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make the apartment well suited for business travelers and remote work.

Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.

Entrance: Private, ground-level entrance with self check-in.

PARKING
We can provide free residential street-parking with advance notice. Street parking is subject to availability and is not a dedicated parking space. Unlike much of DC, it is usually very easy to park on our block or within 1 block of the property.

LOCATION
One of the best things about the apartment is the location.

You’ll be staying in the heart of historic Capitol Hill, just 2 blocks from Eastern Market Metro. Eastern Market, Barracks Row, neighborhood cafés, shops, grocery stores, and dozens of restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

The U.S. Capitol is approximately a 15-minute walk, and the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, monuments and downtown Washington are easily accessible on foot or by Metro.

Despite being close to many of DC’s major attractions, the apartment is located in a residential Capitol Hill neighborhood, giving you the opportunity to experience Washington like a local.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have self check-in and private access to the entire apartment. Nothing inside the apartment is shared with the host or other guests.

This is the lower unit of the row house. There are 3 steps up and 3 steps down to access the private entrance area and front door.

We live in a residential Capitol Hill home and neighborhood. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay while also helping us be good neighbors.

Please note:

• No pets
• No parties or events
• Only registered guests may stay at the property
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly in the evening
• Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance

Food and package deliveries are welcome at the front door, but guests may not use the property’s mailbox or mailing address.
