One fo the Manager has a bad attitude. Even though they had the wrong check-in date due to their ineptitude, he assumed I was wrong and cursed me severely. I immediately sent that feedback to expedia, who then pressed me in the lobby to rescind the bad rating. It was very embarrassing to be talked to like a complainer. Furthermore, he didn't admit their fault until the very end and insisted that we had changed our itinerary over the phone. Even though we have proofs of check-in date. It was a very unpleasant stay, and we were afraid that we would get involved again at any time during our stay.
