IMPORTANT - Please take note of the following:
1) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon booking, an additional $500 Security Deposit will be collected. $150 is non-refundable as a hot tub servicing fee which is required regardless of use during the reservation, and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded upon confirmation that a) the hot tub is well taken care of and b) no additional cleaning services, maintenance or repairs are required at check out. In the event that a complete hot tub drain and refill service is needed, no portion of the SD will be refunded.
2) NOISE: There are strict noise ordinances in place that must be adhered to in this neighborhood. By choosing to stay with us, you acknowledge your understanding of the House Rules and that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM EST. Any violations of this will result in a minimum $1,000 fee for violation of House Rules, increasing in severity with the event. A "MINUT" monitor is located both interior and exterior to the property, which explicitly monitors noise levels, measured in decibels (dB). For the hours of 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM EST, the maximum allowable dB level outside is 60 dB, and inside is 75 dB. During all hours, reasonable judgement will be made to determine whether the ongoing guest activities are in any way causing a disturbance to the surrounding neighbors, and any sustained disturbance will be treated as a violation of House Rules.
A reference for noise levels, measured in dB, is provided below for your awareness:
**Normal conversation: 50-60 dB
**Dinner party or loud TV: 61-70 dB
**Party: 71-80 dB
**Loud party: 81-90 dB

Parking: Enjoy free off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles — a rare luxury this close to DC. Additional street parking directly in front of the home is also available if needed.
Arriving from DCA and not renting a car? Take the Metro Yellow Line to L’Enfant Plaza, then transfer to the Orange or Silver Line toward Ballston. Total travel time is approximately 20–25 minutes.
