I liked everything about this hotel in the DC Wharf area. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean ane extremely spacious. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Even the bottled water was good! There are alot of restaurants in the area that were great also. We loved it! I will definitely return!

Property gorgeous. Super easy to drive to. Doormen and valet parking staff beyond excellent. Front desk woman was THE nicest, giving us a wonderful views! The restaurant was great for the best views of the wharf and people watching indoors and a decent meal. The restaurant host looked bothered and bored and rude but there were just a few people in there so that’s on him…but not the waiter or bar staff (beyond professional) and even a request to cook steak a bit more was handled courteously! We also used our own lightweight folding wheelchair and it was very easy on the sides of the wharf area (not the middle stones but the flatter ones were simple) and in the river taxi. This will now be our go to DC hotel not only for the Cherry Blossom times but all year round! Staff, property, accessibility, walkability, wharf and cherry blossom fun… the best weekend!

Our family was extremely satisfied with the accommodations, the team on sote was extremely helpful even before our arrival. The area and location can't be beat. Easy 15 min drive from reagan airport to the hotel. A free local shuttle that takes you to the national mall, as well as to a local metro stop also. We personally got to experience eating fresh off the boat steamed crabs at Jessies fresh seafood. Also walking distance from this location. There is a cvs walkable distance also which is a must have for anything you didnt realize you needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and this area to anyone traveling to dc.

We only stayed for one night, but I would come back again if the opportunity presented itself. Great location along the wharf with ample dining options and very walk-able to see the sights in DC. The room was clean, well appointed and had super comfortable beds. Of the 3 staff members we interacted with, 2 were very pleasant and personable, the 3rd - not so much. Overall, it seems like a wonderful hotel.

Great place to stay. Very well located. Inadequately pricing for the in room mini bar and food. Breakfast is too expensive for what you get, my advise drop prices you will get more customers. A 5 star hotel must have a sauna, you do not. Besides that all the rest is great.

Overpriced - lackluster hotel amenities
Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. Service was average. I had their breakfast and the food quality was mediocre; coffee was burnt and bitter. The waiter almost broke the coffee mug on my hand, also he did not refill our drinks and disappeared the whole time. On the other hand, the linens were clean and the toiletries were designer made. However, the parking situation is subpar and expensive $65 per night. Also, for the price one pays to stay per night, plus the daily hotel fee one should receive top tier service. The hotel does not offer complementary products such as toiletries, beverage, bath robe, or sleepers. Giving guests $1 bottles of water is not top tier complementary service. The other guests were shouting and cursing in the middle of the night which was disturbing. The positive the water views and the contemporary aesthetic but does not compare to other high end hotels in the area in which I stayed in the past. Will not be returning, that’s for sure!
