Der Service ist gut. Wir hatten ein zimmer inkl parkplatz gebucht. Die Parkhauspreise sind ansonsten völlig überteuert mit 53 dollar. Das hotel ist sehr groß, daher steht man u.U. lange am Fahrstuhl an. Zimmer waren sauber , aber sehr hellhörig. Vor unserem Zimmer fuhr die Bahn gefühlt direkt durch das zimmer. Lage ist toll zu den Sehenswürdigkeit. Frühstück bekommt man für 20 dollar pro person als buffet. Die auswahl war sehr gut und lecker.

Liegt zwar mitten zwischen Behörden, aber direkt an der National Mall, Metro-Station ist gleich um die Ecke und man kann zu Fuß zur Wharf mit den Restaurants gehen. Und der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll

Everything we needed and expect. Bathroom—clean, well lit, plenty of towels, good counter space, mirrors, hot water. Beds comfortable, good pillows, AC adjustable to just how we like it. Room quiet. Restaurants have surprisingly good food and efficient, friendly staff. There aren’t restaurants in the immediate area, so we ate there several times. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly nor happy. We would stay here again. Location, location, location.

Our room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, room floor appeared as though it had not been vacuumed in some time. Overall condition of the room was run down and dirty. Location was excellent to accommodate our agenda to tour the national mall and other sites.

The stay was great once I was reassigned to another room. My initial room was on 3rd floor and had an extremely strong mildew odor. The front desk was understanding, apologized and assigned me another room in 5th floor. I had no complaints after that. Parking garage was convenient and I love that there’s a Starbucks attached to hotel lobby. I would definitely stay there again!

This was my second visit to this hotel, mainly because of its proximity to the museums. However, during check-in, there was a delay of an hour due to the rooms not being cleaned yet. My booking agent tried to reach them multiple times, but they never answered the calls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great - just a couple of blocks from the Mall. It was great to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Rooms were ok, not dirty but just a bit outdated. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, a pretty good stay.

first thing was room reservation was for one king changed to two queen size not that bad but why? rooms clean but hallway outside needs someone to use vacuum attachment on all corners of floor I didn't look up.
