Hi Mr GreenIt is disappointing to hear there have been issues during guests stays with us. We are unable to assist with these issues if they are not bought to our attention at the time. Our air conditioning units are serviced annually in November and filters cleaned monthly. You are provided with an information sheet and informed on check-in to please place your service signs provided. We do apologise that our chef was unavailable for one of the mornings during your stay, having been taken to hospital via ambulance in an emergency. Our pricing does reflect the quality of food provided.I am confused by your comment regarding the minibar as there appears to be only one item paid on card on checkout.We certainly are disheartened by your review and would hope in the future you would approach management with your concerns and any problems directly so they may addressed and you would be able to enjoy and appreciate your stay.
