„Lage: zentral, direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse, Bahnhof New Street um die Ecke Zimmer: ich hatte ein premier plus Zimmer im 7. OG. Zweckmäßige aber ordentliche Einrichtung. Alles sauber. Ruhig, von der Straße oder dem Bahnhof war nichts zu hören. Lediglich die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche hat ständig geschwankt. Personal: nett und hilfsbereit“

„Fantastic room looking over the canal. Staff at the desk and in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening were friendly, helpful & kind. We liked the location because we wanted to see all things Ozzy & Black Sabbath and it was walki g distance to all 8 sites. “

„We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. “
