"Very beautiful, great location just infront the park. There were no opportunities to hang clothes. Also hardly no hooks in the bathroom for towels. Our both shower cabin and sink were clogged, so that the water could hardly drain. We complained about it at the reception, but it hasn't improved. The breakfast is lovely, served in a very beautiful space and the service is very attentive. We wish there were more options for vegetables at the buffet."

"Der Aufenthalt im Swans Nest Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Der Lobby-Bereich ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Unser Zimmer (Twin mit Dusche) war stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet: gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen, Tisch und Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank. Und für jeden gab es eine Packung Wasser. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Zimmer war ruhig und so konnte man bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Bad war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und auch gut ausgeleuchtet, allerdings war es etwas klein. Die Dusche hat nur einen festverbauten Rainshower-Kopf an der Decke, jedoch kein Handteil. Sehr schön ist das Frühstück im Restaurant, die Frühstückskarte liest sich ausgezeichnet. Alles was wir hatten war gut. Gerne hätten wir auch die anderen Gerichte von der Frühstückskarte probiert. Empfehlenswert ist der im Haus angeschlossene gemütliche Pub. Pub-Food und Ales haben uns gut geschmeckt. Auch das im Hotel angeschlossene französische Restaurant lohnt einen Besuch. Bei Pub und Restaurant erhalten Hotelgäste 10 % Rabatt. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen ist der hoteleigene Parkplatz. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen."

"Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und (leider recht teuren) Parkplätzen nah an der Altstadt von Stratford. Man kann von hier aus fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Im großen Garten kann man entspannen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war ruhig. Das Frühstücksangebot war durchschnittlich, wir mussten immer wieder darauf hinweisen, dass das Buffet leer ist und es dauerte teilweise recht lange, bis nachgelegt wurde."
