Located on the second floor, the apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living and dining area with a sofa chair. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and kettle – everything you need for shared meals.

Relax on the balcony with stunning mountain views, enjoy your apartment or unwind in the house sauna after a day in the mountains.

The Dorfbahn Warth ski lift is right across the street, offering direct access to Ski Arlberg, Austria’s largest ski area. In summer, countless hiking and biking trails start at your doorstep.

Free parking is available at the house. Guests aged 14 and over are subject to a local tourist tax of €3.85 per person per night, including service surcharge, which will be charged by the host prior to arrival.
