Entrance from Warsaw Royal Route (Krakowskie Przedmiescie St.), bedroom windows overlook an open to public park and small Kozia street with limited vehicle traffic. Both quiet yet the main sites are only minutes from your doorstep along with cute coffee shops, restaurants and all for a modest price.

Most of the touristic places are very close to the apartment. Five minutes by foot from Royal Castle, Old Town Square, ten minutes from Presidential Palace, Warsaw University, Chopin Musical University, Polish Academy o Sciences, Chopin Museum.

The bedroom features comfortable 140x200 cm latex mattress bed, desk, closet with a safe, Wool carpet on the floor. Blackout blinds to limit light at afternoons.

Is it perfect and lux? Of course not, it’s an old building with no lift. But if you find squeaky boards charming rather than annoying you will enjoy this space. And it is close to variety of public transport just out of main entrance, if you need them.

According to previous guests, just on location and quality/price the apartment beats hands down 95% of all listings in Warsaw. For a solo traveler the choice is a no brainer.
