We want to be more ecological, so we gave up bottled water in favor of water dispensers placed in hotel corridors, hence there are carafes in the rooms. The answer of our receptionist was inappropriate, although it could happened that clean rooms are not available before 2 pm, when the stay should starts, if hotel is fully booked 2 or three days in a row. Please allow me to express my sincere apology for all inconveniences you experience. It is our great concern that, especially in times of a pandemic, the hotel is clean and meets all hygienic requirements. This is also how we train our employees. Unfortunately, the description of your experience shows that our housekeeper did not clean the room properly, which the inspector allowed for sale for incomprehensible reasons. This is an unacceptable situation. I am so sorry for that. Your information draws our attention to areas that require more intensive trainings and control. Please accept my apology.
