This hotel was very nice and we felt safe. The check in staff was great. We ordered room service, the food was fine, staff friendly. Breakfast staff could have a little more patience with guest, and not show their obvious dislike of either their jobs or the guest. Very short when observing communication with breakfast goers. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel while in walnut creek.

Bathtub was not clean. Found multiple hairs belonging to previous guest(s) when I opened up the shower curtain. Gross. I had two rooms, a living room and a bedroom. Bedroom smelled really stuffy, almost like it used to be a smoking room. Some countertops in living room were really dusty and somewhat dirty. Sink drain next to coffee machine was just absolutely nasty--it was of an orange, rusty color. They should either replace it or cover it up. My room did not have a "Do Not Disturb" sign for me to hang on the door. So the housekeeping crew, not knowing that I did not wished to be disturbed, knocked on my door in the morning. Facility was in a very convenient location, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included an omelet bar, not just a buffet. Lobby area looked very nice and inviting. The hotel simply needs to do a better job with its rooms.

It was a very enjoyable visit. Driving, the signage is inadequate, to the entrance is challenging. We missed the driveway once. Service was excellent.

Booked a 2 double bed room for four people which I confirmed via phone day before check-in. upon check in we were told they sold out of the 2 double bed rooms. Huh? Next morning water was pouring from our bathroom ceiling. Unit above us had a leaky toilet. Only then were they able to find us a 2 double bed room. Since we were in the area for a basketball tourney we were out of our room most of the day. When we returned we noticed the new room only had 3 towels. requested additional towels at 10pm. At 11pm they were still not delivered. I offered to go to the front desk to pick them up but they were "still trying to find some towels." I also requested a blanket for the pull out couch. They "ran out of blankets, comforters, etc." Huh? we have stayed at this location several times previously. Not sure if it was an off weekend for them or what the deal was. VERY disappointing and NOT worth the price paid per night.

The hotel desk staff was rude. Made corrections to room dates and staff kept saying their system did not update and could not provide them with a room. My employees became frustrated and rented a room out of pocket somewhere else. The room reservation that was paid for was never checked in for or used due to the rudeness of staff.

This is a nice hotel, great breakfast! We did have a problem with the air conditioner for some reason it wasn’t working properly. One of the nights we did not have hot water to shower with. Other than that pretty nice stay. Customer service was good all sound.

Staff was welcoming and helpful! I won’t choose the 8th floor again just because it was a bit noisy for the air conditioning on top of the roof and the pool was smaller than I thought (pictures on the web seems is bigger) Everything else was treat! Beds are really comfortable and clean.

Room was good, Bed was good, free breakfast was excellent especially the chef made our omelette. Bathroom was horrible with sewage smell from the drainage. I think dirty was not draining properly and they need to fix it for future customers.
