Urlaub in einem liebevoll umgebauten Haus mit offenem Grundriss und voll ausgestatteter Gourmetküche. Essen in? Genießen Sie eine Frühstücksecke, einen Esstisch für 6 Personen oder sitzen Sie an der Essbar. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein zusätzliches Gästebad. Genießen Sie das Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock oder lassen Sie sich in einem der beiden Queensize-Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verwöhnen. Zu den Unterhaltungsannehmlichkeiten zählen ein Smart-TV mit Netflix und Pandora, WLAN und über 100 Kabelkanälen, Spiele und Bücher. It was Raining …..Apricots!!

The house was amazing - clean, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. We spent most of our time enjoying the outside space in back. Unfortunately, the lovely gigantic apricot tree was dropping fruit 24/7. It made the wood deck sticky and slick, and we constantly anticipated getting smacked by a juicy apricot. This issue is definitely seasonal, and the owner told me that they try to spray the tree to prevent formation of the fruit. Clearly this did not work in 2025.Apricots aside, we all would recommend the property. It is close to downtown, Whitman and fantastic restaurants. However, there are some run-down houses and characters frequenting the street. The house has a private backyard which is wonderful. Perfect for three couples!

Perfect Stay for 3 Couples

The home was perfect for 3 couples. Home was one of the best vacation rentals we have had the opportunity to rent. The owner definitely knows how to provide an assume experience for their guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want for either a weekend or month long stay. No warped pans!! Matching dish and serving items. Almost like being in your own home but even better. Home was meticulous and nicely decorated. Everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable. En-suite baths. Lots of paper products, spices, cooking oil. Comfortable furniture and tv with good instructions. WiFi was excellent. BBQ in great condition with propane. Outdoor fire worked great. Close to downtown. We walked everywhere. Nice surprise was a small winery and tasting room just around the corner. As our host explained, Parking is limited to just the area located behind the home. The neighborhood included a number of older multi-family and the on street parking fills up in the evening with resident parking. It was quiet in the evenings. We needed an extra night and were able to contact the host with out any problems. Would definitely recommend this home.

I can’t recommend the Gem enough. It’s perfectly appointed and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The backyard is an oasis and we loved hanging out on the back deck. Perfection!

Old Friends Trip

There were 3 of us, all women. We were absolutely amazed at the house we stayed in. Not only was it spotless, but every little detail was over-the-top, from the kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. Each room looked like a magazine feature and the yard was beautifully landscaped. It is truly a 'Walla Walla Gem!' We highly recommend it and would stay again if we ever return to Walla Walla.

The Gem is a gem!

Great location to access downtown Walla Walla or drive to the wineries out of town. House was extremely clean. The kitchen was very well appointed as were bathrooms. The rooms were good sized and loved that each had its own bathroom—plus a powder room off of kitchen. Yard was lovely though the weather wasn’t so we didn’t take advantage of outdoor space. Definitely hope to stay at The Gem again!

Spacious house a few blocks from main street

This is a wonderful, clean, well-decorated and spacious place to stay with friends! Three master suites for privacy, and lots of room in the common areas. We walked to dinners in town and only took out the car to go to the wineries. Highly recommend!

From the minute we walked through the door we knew this was the perfect place for a girlfriend getaway. Another great Walla Walla getaway

This is the second time staying in this house. It is in great condition with good, quality furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious enough. The kitchen is well stocked and well organized. The location is great to walk into town. A quick walk to downtown restaurants, Starbucks, as well as tasting rooms. The hosts are easy to work with and very responsive. This is definitely a go to for our group.

Girl's Week in Walla Walla

Three ladies had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for a full week. Parking and access was easy. As others have stated, this home is within walking distance of downtown. We found this home to be inviting, clean and fresh. And very well taken care of. We each had our own ensuite! The beds and bedding are super comfortable. There is a binder in the living room with instructions for TV, places to visit, restaurants and more. We prepared at least one meal per day in the best supplied kitchen we have experienced.There was more than enough room for all three of us to be in the kitchen at the same time. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck that is shaded by a huge, beautiful tree. The plantings around the yard are beautiful. The weber BBQ worked perfectly. We did not use the outdoor firepit as the weather was a bit too warm for that. Evenings we played games at the large dining table. And we sat at the banquette to do a craft project. The AC worked well. So did the washer and dryer. All the furnishings and appliances met our needs perfectly. Vicki is very easy to communicate with. Thank you. We had a fabulous week at Walla Walla Gem and would definitely stay here again!
