„Big homely place with a great view of the Kerikeri inlet from the fantastic deck. Plenty of space inside and out, with a nice path down to a pagoda and jetty, perfect for sunny day fun and loungin. We had a great time staying in this little slice of Rangitane paradise, would love to return someday. “

„Enjoyed yesteryear charm. Excellent little touches. Be prepared to travel for Cafe's in Rawene. Great to walk the Kohukohu village up past the school to appreciate the wonderful old villas. Most were built in the 1800's. Best to purchase a concession card for ferry travel. Much cheaper.“

„Disgusting musty and strong smell, especially in the mattresses and kitchen cabinet. Brown water, had to be changed, because of ants the house had to be poisoned every second day. there is a nice view an a nice terrace, but in the house a lot has to be renewed. Air conditioning would be very important to reduce the humidity. The manager helped us by cleaning (fridge, grill, water change), it was only superficial cleaned because they had problems with the cleaning team. Over all our stay was the ...

„We were in Paihia for the Jazz and Blues festival and had 7 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Great social spaces for hanging out. Great location as we could walk into town. We were all very happy with our stay. Would love to have had the opportunity to cook and dine around the lovely dining table but we were out and about enjoying the festival. Next time.“
