Thank you Carey for allowing us to spend our wedding anniversary at your condo!
We had a wonderful time, enjoying the lanai, watching the turtles, the view... it is amazingly beautiful! Carey is very attentive and caring person, we called him on the phone and he immediately responded. He emailed us recommendations for places to go visit and dine and gave us his recommendations for the best ones. Most condos have a queen or double beds, Carey's condo has a king bed, so comfortable that I wanted to pack it in my luggage and bring it with me :)
The condo has everything you need to cook a good meal; we didn't cook there other than coffee and tea and maybe a fruit salad and a bruschetta. We went out everyday for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is completed with beautiful dishes and decorations, it is well stocked with everything you'll need and versatile. The condo is located in a very quiet place, we wanted to spend our time in a peaceful place and this one was perfect for our stay.
We were asked to do the laundry before our departure, but we didn't want to spend our last two days of vacation doing laundry. So instead, as soon as we arrived from the airport, we went to Costco, bought a set of new king size sheets and some towels to use in the condo and other one to take to the beach, and we used these instead of the ones from the condo. As we arrived to the apartment, we carefully removed all the bedding, folded and put it away in the closet, we didn't use any towels, or any other clothing item that would be needed to be washed. This helped us by not stressing us on doing laundry at the end of our stay and it was very relieving. We packed our dirty bedding and towels and brought them home, but not having to do laundry while our vacation was enormously helpful! We wish, we didn't have to do this during our vacation. We did sweep the floors and the lanai and did wash the couple of dishes we used while there. We did our best to leave the condo as clean as we found it and respect the property and everything it contains.
It was a wonderful experience!
All and all, we definitely recommend Carey's condo and if we get the opportunity again to come visit Maui we will reserve again if it is available.
