Unwind into vacation mode on a large sectional in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy a movie night on the 50” TV with DVD.

This two-story condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

Find ultimate comfort in the private master suite, featuring a stately king bed, armchair, and a 48” TV with cable. Start the day with coffee in the two loungers on your private lanai. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the second bedroom.

The third bedroom comes with two twin beds, a 40” TV with cable and DVD, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA
Enjoy island breezes and sunset views from the love seat and two armchairs on the shaded lanai.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer are provided. Designated garage parking for one car as well as one unassigned space in the general parking area is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION
Stroll 1 minute to Queen’s Marketplace Shopping Village for a cup of coffee, bike rentals, groceries, to browse boutiques, or to rent bikes.

Head 1 mile to the beach at “A-Bay” for blissful days playing in the sand and surf. Go snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, or take glass-bottom boat rides. In the winter months, look for humpback whales.

Enjoy other nearby activities like hula classes, glass-bottomed boating, scuba diving and dolphin excursions -- all just a few minutes away.

Tee off at the Kings’ Course and Beach Course -- both within 2 miles.

Not your typical Waikoloa stay

This was our 4th year staying at a condo on this property, but unfortunately, this unit was the least impressive. **Positives:** - End unit with a large yard for kids to play - Nice view of the golf course - Plenty of towels **Negatives:** - The unit was not up to our cleanliness standards; in dire need of a deep clean. Bedside tables, high-touch areas (doors) were filthy- No cleaning supplies available and the vacuum is broken making the space feel increasingly unkempt during a 2-week stay.- Previous reviews mention poor condition of furniture, w/management promising improvements, but no changes made. The couch was so dirty we had to cover it w/towels, the rugs and carpets look like they have never been cleaned (really need to be replaced)- Stove and oven barely function; the fridge’s water filtration system doesn’t work, forcing us to buy bottled water throughout our stay- No Tupperware- The upstairs jacuzzi tub was unusable because it had no drain stopper- We bought and left new umbrellas since they were in unusable condition; beach chairs are rough as well. - Unlike other units we’ve stayed in, this one does not have a small selection of games nor a smart TV or Roku set up to stream on demand movies/shows as a family.Overall, while the location and layout were great, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made for a disappointing experience for the cost. Lacks the typical pride in ownership. Truly a turn and burn property.

This condo needs a serious update

We have stayed at more than 15 various condos in Waikoloa Beach Villas for at least two weeks at a time over the past several years and most have been delightful. This condo, while providing adequate space for our large group, had carpets which were worn and stained in many areas, the living room sofa was extremely worn and as well as torn, the coffee table covered in scratches and obviously worn, there was no smart tv in the living room so no streaming capability, one of the outdoor chairs was torn with stuffing coming out and several of the beach chairs were broken. All of this was disappointing but could be overlooked (even at which were not insignificant prices) but on our last night we experienced a heavy rain. During the night we realized there were three separate leaks in the ceiling of the master bedroom necessitating the move of our personal items and placing bowls on the floor to catch the water. We notified Vacasa immediately about these obviously serious leaks and we never heard back. There was also no way to contact Vacasa before arrival to ask about the availability of baby equipment without enduring extremely long wait times. Over all their management of this property was unacceptable.

Awesome place to stay!

We had eight people and we all slept comfortably. Everyone had a bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and with ample space to have 3 cooks in it. Everything was clean and dusted. The property manager took time to check in on us via text everyday . The check in was a breeze. "Awesome place to stay".

I wasn’t sure at first but the location at the end close to the service road is great, private and minimal to no traffic impact. Checking in and communicating with management was excellent, and a bonus to park in the garage. Garage had ample but very used beach chairs and golf clubs, and there is some toys we did not use, but there. Inside the front door are coolers and some more beach stuff, although a bit is sketchy. The home was spacious but beds were iffy, pillows flat. Basement bedroom got HOT, and dropping the temp got it too cool upstairs where the control was. Home was tired but typical Hawai’i style. Table space was plenty but the couch is going down to threads, to the point it’s embarrassing. Kitchen supply is good, very happy they had dish and laundry soap for the duration, that’s always a plus. No tupperware like others said, it seems to get removed, and we left ours anyway. Bbq on the lanai is very handy, propane full. Main bath was run down pretty bad, but others ok It was a decent rental, all things you’d expect to get, like a little ant battle when we got there, they liked the fact there was lots of debris under the main carpet which wasn’t clean. I would rent again if it wasn’t pricey, but not maintained well enough To be more than average.

This is a great property. Close to the airport, shopping and groceries. Big box stores like Walmart and Target we not that far away for supplies. The only thing I would recommend is the sifa in the living room could use some attention if not replaced.

Family reunion

We traveled from Pennsylvania and had family from Oahu rent to other villas and all 18 of us hung out in ours while they were visiting and we were quite comfortable. This roomy villa on the end of the units offered inside and outside accommodations. In addition it was stocked with beach and golf gear such that we did not have to rent a thing. Short walk to the pool made it nice for the kids as well. We would highly recommend this place for large gatherings! Aloha!

Fantastic place to stay for the whole family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We traveled with our 3-year old and my parents. The house has everything you can possibly need including accessories for the beach and pool. We used the bikes to bike around a little bit. The market is right across the street and the pool is really close too. I feel so lucky that we found this place. Also, it looks like the appliances have been updated (some previous reviews said they were outdated and that is no longer the case). Everything worked great and we hope to come back again in the future.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful. Great location and loved that we had our private back yard and we were able to enjoy it as a family. A couple things that could improve is the mattresses and pillows. Everyone of us said how bad the mattresses were and the pillows were super flat. The dishwasher needed to be cleaned and many of the dishes/silverware needed to be recleaned prior to us using them. Need some fresh lighters for the BBQ since you have to use them to start the BBQ. Would have been nice to get a text when the house was clean and ready for us to checkin so we could get in a little early to settle in.

Beautiful place and great location

Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and a great location! Across the street from food and shops. Close to the beach. Only issue was we weren’t given a garage code to get in the garage and when we were finally able to get it, we had to move lots of stuff around to fit the minivan inside. Lots of beach equipment though. We would stay there again!

Private condo on the golf course

This is a great spot for a family vacation. The beach is a little under a mile to walk, but you can go through Queen's Marketplace and grab your Starbuck's on the way. The condo is large, with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had one issue getting into the garage (missing the remote) but the local number got back to us quickly and resolved the issue. The condo comes with plenty of beach toys, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, plus a couple of sets of golf clubs. The pool, hot tub, and workout room were all well maintained. Great place, would recommend!

Absolutely Everything We Needed

Everything about this condo was perfect. I especially loved the fact that it's on the end of the complex. It felt like we had a private house with a large backyard. We had seven people in our group and had more than enough room. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Management was always reaching out to us to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Communication was very good. The location was great with having Queen's Marketplace across the street in addition to being able to walk to Lava Lava for the best sunsets in town. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was excellent. Spacious, clean, well decorated with a local vibe. Great amenities, pool and spa in the complex. Prime location with lots of and well placed windows.
