„Unfortunately I am unable to provide information about my stay as I never stayed due to the Kona Storm that hit the Hawaiian Islands. We were unable to travel to Kona from the Island of Lanai because of boat and flight cancellations. Additionally to that it was disappointing that I was unable to switch dates or obtain a refund for this stay. I contacted the host who was unaccommodating to our circumstance. I am hoping they make right of this situation.“
