Private Studio minutes to Baylor, Convention Ctr and Silos

The Studio is a Mother-in-Law suite attached to our main residence. It has its own separate, private entrance, a private covered porch, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and private living spaces. ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT OFFER A TV, our studio apartment offers 1G high speed internet and Wi-Fi!! Bring your own devices and stay as connected (or disconnected) as you want!

Stay here to be close to it all, or get away from it all! We provide an excellent alternative to expensive and crowded hotels. Have your own private suite and enjoy close proximity everything Waco has to offer!!

Our desire is to make our guests feel welcome, and provide all the comforts of home. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Sit out on the private porch, stroll to the back and watch the flock of chickens pecking in the grass, or gaze at our small herd of goats and sheep nibbling in the pasture. As this is a homestead, we do live on the property and are out at various times during the day working and taking care of our animals. However, we encourage our guests to stroll the property at their leisure and enjoy a taste of country living.

We would love to give you a tour of our homestead, introduce you to our animals and show your our gardens. If interested, please let us know when you make your reservation. Why just book a place to stay, when you could book an experience our our 4 acre homestead?

Super Cute and Clean

This one bedroom studio type air bnb was really cute. The design and decor were great. We were a bit disappointed to find that it was attached to the owners home and at times there were lots of doors opening and closing. There is a lot of road traffic at all hours. The animals were nice to see. There were a few goats, some sheep, lots of chickens and a sweet cat. Overall our stay was very nice.

Beautiful Studio!

We loved our stay here!! We came to town for our 20 year reunion and this was about 10 min away from the festivities. The property is beautiful and had the cutest goats. The studio is soooo cute. Comfy bed and bedding, lovely restroom, really cool air conditioning and they even have toys and games if you were to bring a little one. We would definitely stay again. They were great hosts and very communicative with us.

Comfortable and relaxing

First off- the communication was awesome! Thank you 😊 I Was expecting much smaller area, but was excited to see it was rather spacious and a nice sized bathroom with a rather nice sized single shower. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Technically, I can say it has gated parking. Definitely felt safe and welcomed.

Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly. Although the air conditioning unit was acting up, they did everything in their power to make us comfortable including buying a window unit to ensure we stayed cool. As two young women, we felt safe staying here, and the hosts were lovely.
