• No parties – $500 minimum fine. A party is more than 8 occupants. No refund if reservation is terminated due to a party.
• Dogs allowed with pre-approval; no puppies or cats. Fees apply. Guests with severe allergies should assess suitability.
• No refunds for COVID-19 or weather-related cancellations; consider trip insurance.
• $75/hour late check-out fee without approval.
• Clean grill after use to avoid $75 cleaning fee.
• Ice makers and fireplaces are amenities; no refunds if not functioning.
• Utilities must be used responsibly; excess usage may incur fees.
• Do not flush paper towels or wipes; guest liable for resulting plumbing costs.
