The Serene Sands Retreat is within walking distance to The Oceanfront Boardwalk/Beach, Restaurants, Va Beach Conference Center, The NEW Sports Complex, and just a short drive to First Landing State, Ft Story (and the Cape Story Lighthouse), Va Marine Science Museum, shopping, botanical garden, and fishing.
The Space:
Enjoy all the comforts of home at our newly built and decorated house with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile bathrooms, new furniture, and fresh new linens! The House is a 4 bedroom house, sleeping 10 with 3 full baths and an Outdoor Shower! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room allows everyone to be together. The large bedrooms give everyone space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. In the backyard enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house has 2 parking spaces in the driveway, but parking is extremely tight due to the narrow alley. Reach out to us for further information.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.
