The second level includes three Queen bedrooms, a bath with a shower and a bath with a tub/shower combo, a great room with sectional seating and large screen TV, a dining area with access to the sunroom, a well-stocked Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and an island with 4 bar stools, and access to an enclosed porch that overlooks the pool and bay. Two Queen bedrooms are on the third level, each with a window unit AC. There are books to read and toys for the children. Bring your fishing gear and grill the day's catch!

Outside you will find an in-ground swimming pool, tons of outdoor seating, a swingset, a beautifully landscaped yard, a small tiki cabana bar, a dock, and a boat ramp. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available nearby.
