Upstairs, the inviting living area overlooks the lake and features a large-screen TV, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone, while four additional seats at the kitchen counter make gathering for meals easy. The screened-in porch offers another favorite spot to relax while taking in the peaceful surroundings. With a flatscreen TV, ceiling fans, and screening that extends along the lower portion of the porch, it's an ideal place to enjoy the outdoors in comfort.
The upper level features three bedrooms, including a private primary suite, along with a newly renovated full hallway bathroom. A spiral staircase with a locking safety gate leads downstairs to two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Outside, Carefree truly shines. Relax beneath the house in the shade, where you'll find comfortable seating, two hot-and-cold outdoor showers, and both single and double swings.
