Unwind at Bayview Sunset Cottage, a one-bedroom getaway in Villas, New Jersey, with Delaware Bay beach access across the street. Enjoy your private fenced backyard, year-round Lifesmart Carino hot tub, screened porch, gas grill, gas fire table, patio heater and Solo Stove with supplied firewood.



Inside, settle in beside the living-room gas fireplace or watch local channels through the signed-in Hulu account on the Samsung TV. The cottage sleeps up to four guests, with a bedroom and queen sleeper sofa. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, separate hot-tub towels and robes are provided. Ask before arrival if you would like the sleeper sofa prepared.



The kitchen includes a dishwasher and Keurig Duo for pods or a pot of ground coffee. Coffee, pods, filters, sugar, powdered creamer, hot chocolate and tea are supplied. A side-by-side washer and dryer and Tide laundry pods are available. Neutrogena body wash and Pantene shampoo and conditioner are provided.



Up to two dogs are welcome. Dog bowls, toys, waste bags, a couch cover and a protective bed sheet help your pups feel at home. Dogs may be off leash in your private fenced backyard and must be leashed outside it.



Four Cape May beach tags, four beach chairs and one umbrella are available for your stay. Please return all items; replacement of a lost beach tag is $50 per tag. Historic Cape May is approximately a 15-minute drive away.



A fully enclosed seasonal outdoor shower has hot and cold water, a seat and a handheld wand for beach rinses or sandy paws. The shower and trash/recycling bins are in the shared area on the north side of Anthony’s garage, reached through the gate by the hot tub or the back of the screened porch.



The cottage is attached to the main home. Anthony lives on-site with his two golden retrievers. Your cottage and fenced backyard are private; the outdoor shower and access area are shared. Maintenance visits to the yard may occur at varying times without routine advance notice. Contact Anthony with special scheduling needs.



Check-in is 4 PM; checkout is 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible with Anthony’s confirmation. Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM; the hot tub may be used anytime with quiet voices and no outdoor music during quiet hours. Smoking and vaping are outdoors only, away from doors and windows, and never in the screened porch. Off-street parking is provided, with two additional spaces on the left.
