If your dream getaway includes a laid-back beach vibe, bay views, and plenty of space to gather with loved ones, Bleu Bay Cottage is the perfect escape. Just a 2-minute stroll to the bay beach and a 15-minute drive to Cape May and The Wildwoods, this home was designed for making memories.

With room for up to 10 guests this spacious retreat offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The first floor boasts three bedrooms, including a primary suite with sliding doors leading to a private deck. Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom features two full beds and its own living area, complete with access to a second-story balcony—perfect for catching breathtaking sunsets over the bay.

Unwind in the fully fenced backyard, complete with a fire pit, swing set, hammock, and a gas grill. Rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower with a changing area. For the best views, head up the spiral staircase to the widow’s peak, where binoculars are provided for birdwatching and panoramic bay vistas.

Bleu Bay Cottage is dog-friendly (up to two house-trained pups, additional fee applies of $250.00). **Rental Policies – Know Before You Book**

We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway—but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violates local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay.

- Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers.
- Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments.
- Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no outside visitors allowed.
- Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge.
-The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place. If you spot a bug, notify us immediately and we will have our pest control team out to the property.
