The Space:

Step into a comfortable living room featuring a sectional couch, a table for two, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. To the right, you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer are conveniently located to the left. Step outside onto the back deck, where you'll find a table and seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. For those warm summer evenings, gather around the fire pit, complete with Adirondack chairs. The expansive finished garage is a unique additional area for relaxation and is outfitted with a fooseball table, darts, seating area and tv. Guests have access to free parking in the driveway and on the street. There are also 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon to make your trips to the beach easy.
