The apartment is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, plates, and cutlery (no kitchen). Amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. There is also an access door to the adjoining apartment.

• Outdoor pool working hours: 07:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• The front desk is open Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Early or late check-in/out is available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• Pets Allowed: Pet policy: 30USD extra per day per pet
