The apartment is AIR-CONDITIONED, consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds and the other with a 135cm double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with DOUBLE sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views of the large garden with its paddle tennis courts, petanque, and swimming pools and PORT AVENTURA.

In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/ person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys delivery from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 p.m. may incur a surcharge.

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8ºThe tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º The optional Wi-Fi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€ 5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
