„We traveled as a family, and found the novotel very family friendly. The playground inside (with ikea Kitchen, ikea tunnel, ikea darts, etc) and outside (slide, check) at the beautiful garden. The rooms are big enough for 2 adults and two small children. The only thing is, the kids pool was a bit dirty as everyone has to walk through it, to get to the adults pool. “

„i have been two nights here and was given room 2209 at the executive floor. room war spacy and as expected. the restaurant at ground floor is decent, but there are more specialized locations in the city of course. the hotel itself is well maintained and lounge/bar/lobby invites to stay. Breakfast was ritch and good. the staff i met was very well skilled and did observe the customers and situation well and unobtrusive. would stay here again.“

„Zuvorkommender Empfang, gute Ratschläge bezgl. ÖV und auswärtigem Essen. Einzig die Busse 901 und 906 müssten an der Rezeption noch bekannt sein, damit man leichter zum Cruisehafen gelangen kann. Sehr feines Frühstück für den Start in den neuen Tag.“

„This is a real value for money hotel. I was on the sixth floor and the room and bathroom were spotless, with the rooms serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable and there was no disturbance from traffic noise at night even though the metro line runs directly outside the hotel. Although admittedly I was at the back of the hotel which would be quiter in any case. The staff were welcoming, professional and extremely helpful with check-in and check-out being effortless.
