"Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Parkplatz war auch total unkompliziert. Das Personal war sehr schnell und aufmerksam hat dabei dann auch Teller abgeräumt obwohl man noch gegessen hat. Rigas Altstadt war vom Hotel aus gut auch mit einem Spaziergang über die Brücke gut erreichbar, gleichzeitig gibt es aber auch eine sehr gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Danke"

"An Absolute Masterpiece of Hospitality – Simply Flawless! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a special stay. The welcome at reception was magnificent—attentive, highly professional, and genuinely warm. To my complete surprise, the lovely lady at check-in offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely breath-taking. I cannot thank her enough for such a generous and memorable gesture. The suite itself was stunning and decorated with incredible taste and an obvious love for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean and pristine. The entire property radiates a wonderful, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its team. Every single staff member—whether at reception, handling luggage storage, working in the spa, or at breakfast—was incredibly warm-hearted and friendly. The service is first-class across the board. Speaking of breakfast, the morning buffet was an absolute highlight. The selection was vast, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented—a true delight for both the eyes and the palate. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful lady at check-in and the entire team for making my stay so overwhelming and perfect. I will definitely be back! 5/5 stars."

"Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück großartig. Lage: sehr gut. Manko: Um das Schwimmbad zu nutzen, braucht man Termine, zahlt extra. Schade, ich wäre gern morgens oder abends kurz ein paar Bahnen geschwommen - wie sonst in Hotels üblich. In diesem Hotel leider nicht möglich. Und für 20€ Eintritt müsste man dann auch Zeit für Sauna etc haben. Treatment-Termine gab es immer nur ab 1930. Auch beim Checkin hatte ich das Gefühl, dass auf 15 Uhr bestanden wurde, obwohl das Zimmer bereit schien. Das fand ich nicht sehr kulant. Sonst kann ich das Hotel empfehlen."
