The only improvement opportunity I can think of is sending some of the check in information sooner in the day. I understand not wanting people to check in before the check in time, but items like what is approved parking would be helpful in advance. "

"Echo property was not our chosen hotel for our stay. VRBO transferred our group last minute. This hotel was brand new, clean, and quiet but a little hard to find. It is set back amongst other businesses. Since hotel is new, there were still working on little improvements. No condiments, only coffee is downstairs in common area with purchase vending machines. "
