„This is my 3rd stay here in the last 6 months. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and I felt safe parking my luxury vehicle here. Although there are big rigs near by it doesn’t cause much noise or loitering from vagrants.

Stayed at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, IL and was very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip.“

The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them.
also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms.
and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so ...
