Quiet, private with ample parking in the area. Very comfortable, specious, with morning sun on the veranda, great river breezes and school rowing 4's and 8's use the creek for training which adds to the atmosphere. Using the guest entrance you don't even know there is also a house on the property. We didn't know where it was until we explored the garden.
